Without this lady I could not be a turner.     To my wife Edna I dedicate this site

My name is William (Bill ) Hale and I am very fortunate to have found a lady to share my life with that understands my devotion to wood turning.    She helps with all of my shows from setup to teardown.

My history in business has been primarialy management ranging from a small dairy milk processing plant in Willows, California, Sears retail stores and for the last 25 years as owner of a medium size Landscape Corp. in Casa Grande AZ..

I am now retired, 67 years old and still going strong.  We purchaseda home in Show Low AZ. to remodel and I will be moving my shop there for Summer use   My Winter shop is in our new home in Casa Grande, AZ. in the desert of South Central Arizona.   We have lived in Casa Grande, AZ. for the past 28 years.

My love of turning was rebourn about 13 years ago with the purchase of an old Atlas lathe for $ 50.00 dollars at a yard sale.   From there it has turned to forest fire.   I now own 4 lathes including the old Atlas and up to a fully loaded Oneway 2436.

My life consists of wood turning, fishing and just wonderful living.

Thanks to all for taking a moment to visit my site.
